Since childhood, Sarah has been known and admired for her intelligence and cheerfulness. However, challenges accompanied her to school and other social activities as she grew up. It also made her feel anxious, overwhelmed, and occasionally, a tad unhappy. Sarah’s parents were worried and wanted to provide support for her. They agreed to consider the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which helps people with disabilities in Australia. Sarah was able to get her wellbeing support services, such as telehealth coaching , from an NDIS life coach. Her  dedicated NDIS life coach is a friendly, patient woman named Emily who assists her in learning how to control her anxiety.
